“Impact Associates”, alongside strategic partner “Boost for Management Training”, actively contributed to the Sharjah Government Services Strategic Program, an initiative aimed at enhancing governmental excellence in the emirate. Organized by the Sharjah Executive Council and the Sharjah Human Resources Directorate, this comprehensive program equipped senior managers from 12 cohorts of government entities with the skills to effectively align their projects with the UAE’s vision for advanced government services.
The consulting teams played a critical role, delivering international best practices in service design and innovative governance frameworks. They identified key challenges, offered precise recommendations, and introduced practical initiatives to improve government service efficiency and customer satisfaction significantly.
Interactive sessions enabled participants to exchange successful strategies, discuss innovative solutions, and showcase pioneering projects that underscore Sharjah’s dedication to ongoing improvement and innovation. This collaborative approach not only reinforced relationships between government entities but also directly supported Sharjah’s ambitious vision to lead as an innovative and future-ready government.
